Megan has been working in high end hospitality for the last 13 years. Originally training as a chef at the prestigious Tante Marie Cookery School. She spent 8 years travelling the world as a private chef for HNW families and individuals, with lengthy periods spent in The United States, Ireland, and latterly Cornwall.
Basing herself back in the UK, Megan took up a role at an exclusive self-catering estate in the South West heading up the guest relations as well as planning, organising, and catering the weddings, events, and hen parties.
Now settled back in her hometown in Hampshire with her husband and two children she loves using all the experience she has gained to ensure guests at The Houseboat have the most memorable stay. Feel free to pick her brains if you have any questions or want to organise something special.
